A few things to note...

Cancellation fee

If your policy started or renewed before 5th November 2016 then details of applicable fees can be found in your Policy Schedule. If your policy started or renewed after this date then please refer to Your Agreement with esure Services Limited.

Refunds & Outstanding payments

Depending on the amount you've paid us so far, you may get a refund for the outstanding time left on your policy, or we'll write to you to ask for any outstanding payment. This could include your cancellation fee, plus any temporary cover, optional extras or administration fees, which are payable in full.

Any refund will be paid to the last account you used with us – this usually happens within 3-5 working days but can take up to 10 working days.

Direct Debits

If you have a Direct Debit payment due within 10 days of the date you want to cancel, this may still be collected while we process your cancellation. If this happens we'll factor it in to any premium outstanding or refund due.

Backdated Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel your policy from a date in the past, you’ll need to send us proof of sale or proof of alternative cover for the car or home we’ve been insuring. Please send this, along with all of the details requested on this form, to customer.services@esure.com.
